The Inn At Truckee

This hotel was small, the rooms are very small. It is very clean and tidy, completely non smoking. It did have easy access to the free way and to the local Hospital where my husband was. It had a good location just off I-80, and it also had two kinds of restaurants close by, within walking distance. You also didn't hear the Interstate traffic going by either.

We were told they were only have full that night and still put us right by the front lobby where we had the laundry room right across from ours and due to being close to Tahoe/NV people arriving late night/early AM and drunk and noisy right out our front window, We did enjoy the hot tub and dry sauna and rooms were clean and nice. The only drawbacks were an uncomfortable bed, offered no support and the breakfast was stale (frozen) bagels and muffins. And it was putout late by at least half and hour. This was the morning of going back to standard time but no excuse. For the money this hotel charges as their normal rates I would rather pay a little more for a better/more well known hotel name. ...read more

Pleasant, courteous staff. Great Location.

Family oriented, I suppose. But it was very expensive for as basic as it is.
